After qualifying as RGN, Lesley specialised in intensive care and coronary care for eight years and then undertook further study before commencing her career as an Occupational Health Adviser. Over these 8 years practising as an OHA, Lesley gained experience in a variety of industry settings including the brewing, food and retail, Local Authorities and Utilities industries. Lesley has recently joined the Cheviot team as a recruitment consultant and brings with her the added advantage of coming fresh from practicing in the OH field, giving her an in-depth and current understanding of relevant issues.
